Yes, it’s very cool. That was paying homage to Michael Jackson’s halftime show. In fact most of this performance, including choosing day time, and Beyoncés outfit, are all a homage to Michael Jackson originating the original modern half time show.

@@slatea.4553they didnt “choose day time” it was like that because this superbowl was on the west coast, so it was always earlier in the evening, not changed for aesthetics or purpose.
