@@Walkman0007 if I do remember he doesn't play much classical chess (i.e. because he's not getting invited to classical chess tournaments, etc.) and well, he's not much of a classical specialist (for comparison, his classical rating is 2707 while his blitz rating is 2802, almost a 100 rating gap). He's definitely OP in rapid and blitz though, specifically blitz.

It’s very impressive but in the rook and knight endgame he missed a sequence that would have led to an easy win so maybe he should have taken his time there

A Q vs R and game is notoriously difficult to win, with proper play. But Giri was short on time and blundered into mate!

at 7:12 if I were Dubov I would simply just go Ng5 and go for the rook and queen endgame but he finds a better move Qf5. It is the definition of "when you see a good move look for a better one".

He had only 4 seconds on the clock, and Q vs R endgame can methodically be won if the Q can separate the K from his R, so he was trying to keep his K and R together, but and so doing, his R blocked his exit. Dubov did the right thing in trying to push him towards the corner.

SUGGESTION - in the starting position, the knights should be positioned with their images facing the center of the board (as Magnus Carlsen always does). This helps us identify where the horses came from throughout the game.

if more concretely Anish was explaining his philosophy about pressing the clock start button if his opponents are late and he said that usually he tries to avoid pressing the button and waiting for a referee in this case, also they were talking about late refresh of the standings that's why Dubov and Nepo whose voice on the background are not happy... also they were talking about situation with the Artemiev's badge which was forgotten by him previously and he couldn't enter to the place where the tournament was playing..
