You can make super crispy and delicious potato chips without frying it. There are two versions of basic potato chips and garlic potato chips. There are also super simple and delicious garlic cheese sauce recipe.
Ingredient :
1. Potatoes
2. Garlic
3. Oregano
4. Salt and Pepper
Sauce: Butter, Garlic, Milk, Sugar, Salt, Cheddar Cheese

Interesting. They look like a homemade baked version of Pringles. They're the only chip I know here (in Canada) that's made from mashed potatoes rather than from sliced ones.

Here in germany, europe the most are cutted from potatoe. Mashed are only pringles or fake pringles from discounters.

hi junbh2, if you live in Canada we have the Christie brand who makes Potato Thins which I think is very similar to this type. (I think they are also called Good Thins, potato ones) Look them up i think you would enjoy them!

@@trashcan7340, а чем "штампУете" чипсы? Спец.приспосОба? Или сами что-то приспособили? Я, прямо, очень заинтересовалась. Загорелось, как говорится, приготовить так. Обычно я картошку "строгАю" на обычной тёрке, на стороне, где одна прОрезь. Солю-перчу-паприкой-чесночком чем-нибудь из этого👈☝️И готовлю в микроволновке. Спасибо заранее за ответ. 💓

(Some people have the music volume set to 100% while the rest of the audio is at 20% at least that's what it feels like) :)

Wow When you started putting the filling on the tray, I was like "this doesnt look anything like chips", until you flattened them. I never thought you could do that... It's healthy because no preservatives are added and its not fried with seed oils👍

@@TinRoighow is it not healthy? There’s no oil, not much salt, no sugar, it’s just potato with herbs. It’s not quick and might be pricy due to the amount of electricity you use for that small batch, but it is healthy

Чипсов без радикальныхх жиров, а это того стоит. Да и по времени максимум минут сорок уйдёт. Больше на чистку картофеля уйдёт, чем на всё остальное

Infinitely healthier, first of all there is no MSG. This just by itself is enough of a reason but they are also not fried in oil which is used over and over again and chemically bleached.

Met this video accidentally (probably after watching French fries thanks to YT), was sceptical at the start - even more at mashed potatoes part, but it really doesn't require any oil (maybe to grease baking sheet only) and have species mixed directly in it so I'm definitely going to try it at least once, thanks! Btw, I'm from Belarus

Вкусно получилось, можно добавить свои специи или можно купить специальные добавки (Сыр, краб и бекон) продаются порошковые, но надо искать

@@forjekol пробовал вчера Довольно близко к задумке вышло, но недочёты были Пюре не полностью приготовил, как понимаю, из-за чего было тяжелее выкладывать формы (да и таких штук нет дома), после духовки напоминало слегка драники на вкус, а местами не было прожарено, поэтому в следующий раз хочу попробовать температуру повыше Тем не менее послевкусие хорошее, приправы использовал натуральные, но в следующий раз хочу попробовать какой кубик маги грибной раздробить Добавки раньше не видел, но попробую поискать, поэтому спасибо за наводку В целом результатом доволен - жаль только, что прожарка была неравномерной
