Ni marinate in 1-3 hours pero nihugasan? Bakit?

The method he did was called brining. We do that kind of method so that our meat will retain its moistness and to make the meat tender as well when we cook it. Actually 3hrs is the least you can brine it if nag mamadali ka but it would be better if it was overnight. 😊 but yeah dapat hindi na niya hinugasan dapat pinunas nalang niya ng paper towel.

Your 1 cup of flour & cornstarch means: 1 cup of flour + cornstarch, OR 1 cup of flour & 1 cup of cornstarch?
