Thanks for the info on your Cub! It’s good to see time proven practical experience put to use and then also shared freely with others. I appreciate too how you put it out there in a “ this is what I’ve found that works” tone, and “why I do or don’t do this”. Always very informative but humble. Thanks for the quality videos Greg!!!

I'm always impressed by the accurate landings you are able to do on those wild spots. It learns to me how not being afraid of tall trees and small strips, although mine are pretty much longer than yours ! I very like your new Cub , the colour scheme, the classical general shape , with the super-efficient bush features added for your air venture. Thank you too to let us look at the undercarriage details and the luggage storage with the large belly pod . We learn a lot by watching your videos. Thank you for sharing your experience.

You're videos are great. I love the content, the videography and the calm and factual narration. I suppose it's too much to ask you to bend one of your airplanes so we can watch you repair/rebuild it? LOL!! Thanks for another great video and Happy Easter!

thanks for all your videos Greg. One question who do you prefer heel brakes as opposed to toe brakes on your planes?
@mauleguy3 жыл бұрын
I think either way works. I do think it is easier in some ways to add more pressure with heal brakes but I spent a lot of time with toe brakes and did just fine too.

I'm curious. Full of fuel how much weight can you put on that plane??? Never been in one never been to Alaska. But I know bush plane is life line to remote people's.

Awesome pod. I didnt get what you lined the rear floor of your baggage comp with? Looks like some fibre glass type material? Those cables on your suspension are pretty heavy duty and the first time I'm seeing them. I see all the weight saving you have made but dont those cables kinda add it all back on again? Very neat cub Greg. Sorry about the elevator damage but as you say every sport has its injuries. Nice footage as always.
@mauleguy3 жыл бұрын
Cables are a must in my opinion. They are 3 or 4 pounds if I remember right. Airframes tried a light weight special cable that was synthetic and they would not pass the test so I went with the old proven ones.

Is there any way you could mount a gopro at the back of the airplane by the tail somehow? Could be a cool perspective
@mauleguy3 жыл бұрын
I have already done it, just not in the most recent videos.

Is that ding on the elevator worth patching with fabric or will you leave it?
@mauleguy3 жыл бұрын
It is simply cosmetic but I will probably do something

You should be doing better on your subs. I think KZfaq and secondary parties have tools and strategies to help market channels and increase subscriptions.
