I used to watch you al the time years ago, but when my husband died I stopped doing a lot of my favorite things-- including reading my beloved books. I am so glad I found you again when I am after eleven years beginning my old favorite things. Bless you for your time to show us your skills to finnese our own.

Oh dear lady.....when my husby passes, I will be sad, also, good humane humans are hard/impossible to forget, but know your husband wants you to get back to all your favorite things...so glad you felt his nudge and are on your waaaaaay !!!

Very pretty stitch. What I really like is i t looks great in a multi color yarn. So many texture stitches are lost in a multi color yarn. Only draw back looks like a yarn guzzler. Sometimes though I need a yarn guzzler if I buy to much of a yarn.

Both of my grandmothers could crochet.. doilies, tablecloths, bedspreads, anything.. however both were right handed and no matter what tricks we tried, I didn't get it. I am now 63 yrs old and finally get it. Thank you for taking your time and doing this so my brain can swap it over and show me how to do this.

I always wanted to learn how to crochet when I was little. I used to watch my mother and grandmother crochet all the time. Unfortunately no one would ever take the time to show me how even though I begged them constantly. I probably could do it a few years ago watching KZfaq videos like this, but unfortunately even though I’m young my eyes are very bad. I’ve had several operations to save the vision I have. Crocheting is just not something I could ever do now. Somehow your video popped up in my suggestions and your stitch is absolutely gorgeous! Cherish your ability and I hope the recipients of your projects find joy in each one you make!!!

I'm a fairly rookie crocheter and my DIL asked me to make an afghan to use as a throw on the master bed. I'm so nervous i wont be able to do it, or mostly that it won't turn out. This pattern would make a lovely throw for a bed
