Homemade Mayonnaise:
Two egg yolks
3 cups of sunflower oil
Two tablespoons of mustard
Two tablespoons of vinegar
Half a lemon
A coffee spoon of salt
Preparation:
We take the yolk of the egg into the mixing bowl, put mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, we start mixing with a whisk, we add flower oil little by little as I showed in the video, then we go on with the mixer machine. The consistency thickens. We add salt, fill it in the jar and close the lid, keep it in the refrigerator, we can take it out whenever we want and use it in our salads and sauces. You can keep it in the refrigerator for ten to 15 days.
