White refined flour (maida), mayonnaise and saturated fat butter are not healthy for human body👍

@@hanishparmar7244yes but it has some benifits too and instead of white bread you can use brown bread too its a healthier option.. and about butter we can use homemade normal butter out of malai. And abt mayyo,, just use a hung curd instead (thick curd). Its just our choice the way we want to eat it....
