It means after 10 long hours spent on Journey, our girls will be resting from jet-lags on Monday. 10hours breakdown: At least 2hour getting set to fly from Abuja, 6hours flying in the air from Abuja to Johannesburg. 2hours to come down from the Chattered Jet, rest and get set for a Luxury Bus, at least 1h to travel by bus from Johannesburg to their Hotel lodge in Pretoria. After spending 10 to 12 hours for just traveling, will our Super Falcon Team train on Monday??? Medically, it is wrong for the girls to engage in serious physical exercise on Monday. That is why we keep having so many injured players, especially in the Super Eagles. Can they train on Monday??? By Tuesday Super Falcons will be acclimatizing with the South African weather condition at the same time playing a crucial match.
