I like sit down scooters much better than just stand up ones. Maybe 2,000 watts and a 52 or 60 volt battery with 30 amp hours would do fine. Not to say this scooter is under powered for most people. Just a bit less power than i would search for i think. Looks fun 😂 Great price.. Can use it anywhere, yes..

Yes! I’m there with ya! Seat down scooters are my preference. Yeah this is definitely a tame scooter, but like you said it’s still fun and very useful. Fast scooters are scary. Thanks for chiming in ! ✌️

I think that it’s great that you showed it’s ability to go on uneven terrain! That could be concern for someone that is needing a small mobility vehicle. It looks like the Porto-Max did great!

@bobk18 I saw a video today that made think of your preference for twenty inch wheels. This channel doesn’t let me share links but it posted today on Global Mountain Bike Network, so should be easy enough for you to find. If you watch the video, imagine what this thing could be if it had a bit slacker head angle and modifications for a derailleur, hub motor, and battery/controller? Mind Blowing!!!

@@robotbroken hello and good morning. I checked out that video. Pretty wild little bike and a pretty darn good rider. It sure looked like a lot of fun he was having. He may have started a new discipline for bicycles… downhill BMX. I’m enjoying my new home unfortunately the riding here can’t compare to Edmonton’s river valley. I am looking at a few spots I could build a flat track on though as you suggested. Take care and hope you’re doing well.

someone should make a dual suspension e-bike which converts into an e-scooter with the same wheels for days you don’t want to pedal with an option to sit or stand. so you get the best configration whenever there are “no escooters” signs or “no bicycles” signs.
