Resep Brown Sugar Boba
Bahan Boba:
200 gr tepung tapioka
100 gr gula aren
120 ml air (untuk campuran adonan)
2 liter air (untuk merebus boba)
Bahan Sirup:
150 gr gula aren
400 ml air
4 lembar daun pandan
Bahan Lain:
Fresh milk
Teh hitam
Evaporated milk
Es batu
Langkah membuat Boba:
1. Masukkan gula aren dan air, masak hingga larut.
2. Masukkan 1/2 tepung ke dalam sirup, aduk rata, dan masak kembali hingga mengental
3. Uleni adonan dengan sisa tepung tapioka hingga merata, tipiskan dengan ketebalan 1/2cm
4. Potong adonan dan bentuk menjadi bulat dengan diameter kurang dari 1 cm. Kemudian saring agar tidak menyisakan banyak tepung
5. Rebus dalam 2 liter air hingga boba empuk
6. Angkat dan tiriskan
7. Masak kembali boba di campuran sirup gula aren hingga mendidih, pastikan boba matang
Langkah membuat sirup gula aren:
Masak air dengan gula aren dan daun pandan hingga mendidih
Penyajian:
1. Masukkan boba ke dalam gelas
2. Tambahkan es batu
3. Masukkan fresh milk
4. Untuk milk tea, masukkan teh dan evaporated milk

Super Chewy and Savory: Brown Sugar Boba Recipe
Usually, Boba is served as an add-on for drinks like Milk Tea, Thai Tea, or Latte. This time, I’m sharing how to make Brown Sugar Boba. It’s easy and delicious.
Brown Sugar Boba Recipe
Boba Ingredients:
200 g tapioca flour
100 g palm sugar
120 ml water (for the dough)
2L water (to cook the Boba)
Syrup Ingredients:
150 g palm sugar
400 ml water
4 Pandan leaves
Other Ingredients:
Fresh milk
Black tea
Evaporated milk
Ice cubes
Steps to make Boba:
1. Combine palm sugar and water, cook until dissolved.
2. Add half of the flour into the syrup and mix well. Cook once more until it thickens.
3. Knead the dough with the remaining tapioca flour until incorporated well. Roll to a thickness of 1/2 cm.
4. Cut the dough and roll into a round shape with a diameter less than 1 cm.
5. Boil in 2L of water until soft.
6. Drain and set aside.
7. Cook the Boba again in the Brown Sugar Syrup mix and bring to a boil. Make sure the Boba is cooked properly.
Steps to make Brown Sugar Syrup:
Combine water, palm sugar, and Pandan leaves. Bring to a boil.
Plating:
1. Add Boba into a glass.
2. Add some ice cubes.
3. Add the fresh milk.
4. For Milk Tea, add in the tea and evaporated milk.
