Florida Super Lawyer Jonathan Pollard is filing 100 of the ugliest, most egregious discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and corporate misconduct cases that society has ever seen.

Our firm is definitely not a settlement mill--- we prepare as if we are going to trial, and if along the way it settles, then it;s a good thing.

If I was talking about you, I would have said your name. Fact is, many plaintiff-side employment firms basically just file EEOC charges and settle cases for peanuts. Of course some cases should settle. But not all settlements are good settlements.

We can litigate cases in Kentucky --- We can litigate cases anywhere if the case is strong enough. We would just partner up with a local lawyer.
