get deep tissue on that adductor. twice a week. and then six hours later ice it. in fact , ice it every day. also, get into a cold bath for five minutes if you can. massage and ice, massage and ice. perform light to medium stretching and WARM UP BEFORE EXERCISING. high body temperature decreases injury risk. youre a good lifter. super control in your lifts, very powerful, strong and very smart. you might already know all of this but sometimes we all need a review.
