ALL of my sheet music arrangements are available there. Don't bug me about emailing to you; I hosted it for a reason. =P
You will need any Finale Program ver. 2008 or later for the .MUS files. Otherwise, download the .MID files.
Now, onto the video.
1) Not too difficult of a piece; only trouble part could be the high B Flat in the 1st Trombone part. I provided it an octave down as well for reference or as a substitute. Depends on if the player can reach that high.
2) Kind of boring compared to a jazzier version also hosted on KZfaq, but I think this follows more of the original feel of the game.
Beyond that, there's not much more to the song. I know it's been done many times, but I still needed to make a new video anyways. =P
Remember, if you decide to play it, all that I ask is that you record it and host it on KZfaq for all to see. =)

this is an excellent arrangement it may not be perfect but its pretty dang close i tweaked this a little for my own arrangement and it was a phenomenal success thanks a ton

@Wazupcracka the Bb that most highschool players can reach is the the one that is at the 4th ledger line above the staff (3rd or 4th octave, depending on if its a bass or tenor bone)... the one you are suggesting would be hitting the 7th ledger line...

faster air = more range tips: when u play a b flat scale two octaves the first octave u tongue and the second octave u use all air another tip: lip slurs exercises will help

@NSZachP the original key was a concert C. but this is arranged for trombones, its "easier" to play in Bb

yes there are definitely times where trombones should not be playing MF notes but as jazz becomes more popular, more people work towards those notes and the ability to make them sound good not shrill, and i just wanted people to be aware of that!

I'm not sure where I got the original, maybe from a Midi file. But I transposed the trombone trio version myself. If sharps bother you so much, re-write them as flats of the note above. So, C# would be Db, F# = Gb, and A# = Bb.

@timandchrisfite01 Yes they can go even higher and @ 0:26 it means you can either play the top or bottom note.

i see a lot of people complaining that this is too high, and i just want to say that the only high part is first and if you're playing first you need to be able to play high. that's my opinion anyway

@sleughbyron There are times when (in the music) imitating Maynard Ferguson is a really bad idea, but true, Steve Wiest does make those absurd high notes sound good. Excellent player, he was the guest player at the Illinois Wesleyan Jazz Festival and critiqued my band.

You're right of course. Actually, really good trombone players can play up to the f above that b flat.

high HIGH B flat way above the staff. I didn't know what half the notes were in that piece cause I never had to read that high. =)

That's why I placed the B-flats an octave down on that part. You can play those instead.

@REXY309 He means, the theme song is not in the correct key - the actual Super Mario Brothers theme song is in a key that is 1 pitch higher (i.e. A Major, to B major. Or B major, to C major)

just practice the note below G, even if u can hit the ones below it and play them in whole notes, and before u know it u'll beable to reach the G, and maybe practice ur Eb consert scale! That helps

Yea Im in 8th grade and High Bb is pretty easy for me, I mean higher than that not so much but its not really that hard if you just practice (First chair trombone)

@NSZachP he's saying it's originally in C, which would make it much harder for a trombone trio, so you did the right thing by transposing it down to Bb. Diesel is wrong.

@RyanEarl802 horn players are supposed to play that high. a high G is qually as hard as a horn player playing double Bb, myself can reach that on trombone but im saying its natural for a horn

Or you can try listening to it with a different mindset. It doesn't have to be perfect. It is an arrangement, played by the synthesized computer, with a slight unevenness with the balance. That is all. And the song itself is just fine played on the trombone. I've done it plenty of times myself, and it sounds good. I don't know why you think that way, but I suggest trying it yourself beforehand.

Thank you a SO MUCH for posting this!!!! I needed it. My three friends and I will be playing this at our high school"s football games as part of our show. Do you know where i could get a copy to print out? I tried copying it down by hand and it is too tedious. If i'm missing something, please tell me.

Once you start playing harder music. The high G isn't good enough. Some songs require you to play real high like the high B flat above.

@NobleSabre Ikr i hate it when i get sheet music and its really high. i get so pissed because im a begginer and the highest i can play is above the staff E flat and the lowest bellow the staff E natural. and when i try to play high even if the note is played corectly i sound like a cross between one of my bands french horns and trumpets its terrible!

@tinkxoxo13 them notes at 26 is like an a (it just keeps goin up till its eventually in treble clef) thats like a minor note for trumpet not even igh my 8 year old brother can hit that note ne trumpet player that cant is weak im just sayin but it is on trombone os idk how hard it is

After having to play 1st trombone Eternal Father Strong to Save, the high notes don't look as high anymore. That was a hard concert season for me but fun nonetheless. I bet I can reach that high Bb nowadays if I really had to. =)

hurts does that my teacher keeps nagging me and im the only bass player!! but nobody acutally hears me buuut when we went to contest one judge said that trombone needs to play louder. then i said you heard me aint that enough??

ok mr 4 octaves. first of all u need to start about at a pedal b flat range and u need to be able to literally scream with the trombone like the high c on trumpet.(a little exageration)
