2 weeks ago I partially tore my achilles and paroneal tendon during training. I was so shocked and gutted that I could not dance like I usually do, however I thought that I needed to change this negativity into a positive one. although things may be limited at times, let's try to figure out with the resources that we currently have.

２週間程前にトレーニング中に右足のアキレス腱を部分的に損傷してしまいました。はじめはいつも通り踊ることが出来ない現実にものすごく腹を立たせていましたが、どうにかこの現状をプラスのものに変えなかえれば、と思いこの作品を作りました。我々生きていく上で『これがあれば、あれがあれば』というのが沢山あると思いますが、ここでひとつ自分と向き合って、今ある中で何が創れるかと自問自答してみてはいかがでしょうか。
結論：マリオ＋指を使った踊り＝楽しい☆

He literally passed tutting here, beauty of this video is not only about the technique of his tutting or any other dancing aspect. Anyone who watches this can be amazed and enjoy it, even if s/he has nothing to do with dancing.... Thank you Hok...

The creativity that goes behind dancing is just so amazing. The art behind each dancer's moves it what I truly love about dance; every dancer has their own identity

I'm so sorry to learn you had such a serious injury Hok. I wish you a complete and total and quick recovery. I love this dance also. Very creative and fun. I'm glad to find your channel too. oh no! hok i'm sorry to hear about your injury. i really hope you get well soon and get back on your feet and do work! regardless of your limitations it's very inspiring that you can still give us your best and work with what you have even if that means you can't dance the way you usually do. you're still an amazing dancer either way.

This is great! I hope your recovery from the injury wasn't too bad. I can empathize as a dancer, I threw out my MCL 2 months ago and I'm still not fulled healed yet. It sucks not being able to dance for that long.

hok.. man.. i'm studying astrophysics. the math is so insane sometimes i feel like i'm only made of stone cold thought. watching you dance pulls me out of my head and back into nature. so... i'd just like you to know that a stranger from the other side of the world is visualising you in perfect health and sending lots of positivity to help your injuries heal. all the best brother. love from australia.
