It's finally time for Partner Party, an often overlooked mode in Super despite being a lot of fun! 1:24 Never thought about such a comparison, but the pathing system is effectively the one you see in turn-based strategy games like Fire Emblem. 8:40 Yoshi simply couldn't land there because he needed an odd number while Daisy got the even number she needed. 14:33 I completely forgot about the Peepa Bell since it's one of various items exclusive to Partner Party. 18:15 Definitely recommend trying Banjo-Kazooie, for many it's even better than Tooie! Personally I really like both, but for different reasons. 22:10 You probably didn't have the rumble activated, usually you don't see those rumble symbols after the start, just before it as an example. 25:39 If you have the right amount you can click on a space to let the game choose a path for you to land there. I usually don't recommend it, but in this case it could've been useful. 33:46 Good to see you actually unlocked Dry Bones, I saw he was in the plaza at the end of your Sound Stage video!

here's a tip to keep in mind: keep in mind if the space you want to go to is an Even or Odd amount of spaces away. If, for example, the Star Space is 4 spaces away, and you got 10 steps, you can always find a try to reach that space with some clever looping. But an 11 is an odd number, and can never reach a space that is even number of steps away.

At 29:03, he had 21 spaces of movement to reach a tile 2 spaces away. Whatever route you think you found is mathematically impossible because you can't go an even distance with an odd roll.

Character unlock criteria[edit] Once the criteria have been met, the character appears in the Party Plaza holding their Dice Block. The player must then talk to the character to unlock them. if your even amount of spaces away of the star and if you get a bigger number than the spaces away from the star but if its still even you can land on it. Its the same with odd numbers

33:05 it is the opposite of the peepa bell but the peeba bell isn't like a cursed dice block and the the golden drink isn't like a custom dice block as if the peepa bell was used on you the golden drink doesn't work
