Super Mario World: #2 Morton's Castle

In this 2nd Koopaling castle, you first have to dodge against some Twimps and Twomps. Then for the rest of it, you have to make a long climb up using walls that slowly move back and forth.
At the end, you have to fight Morton Koopa Jr. His attack is to climb either the left or right wall, then fall right on you when you're right under him. Even if he doesn't hit you, he'll stop you in your place with his ground-shaking stomp. That leads to a guaranteed hit if you're too close to him.
Moron is invincible once he starts climbing the wall, but on the ground, you can hit him. So if you time your jumps right, you should be able to kill Morton before he climbs the wall once!
Mario then retrieves the 2nd Yoshi Egg & destroys Morton's castle by kicking and stomping on it. Phew! What a workout that was!
World 3 is a cave called Vanilla Dome.

I always did knew there was green yosi, red yosi, yellow yosi and blue yosi I like blue yosi best in that game because if you take blue yosi find level that has shells in it or wings if you take yosi's tongue on shell and it will make yosi fly no other colors yosi's do that if you find wings from ? box it make blue yosi fly that way too I think other color can do that too and if there's blue shell just blue shell it make all yosi's fly but not for blue yosi tho it is any color and it helps you do lot of levels faster that why I like blue yosi best

Finally beat it after 15 tries I kept messing up on the spikes just as you all have. Take it one step at a time and count how long it takes to make the spike disappear and reappear is what helped me finally. I had 1 play left and beat it. It also takes 3 hits to beat the boss.

I have attempted this level over 100 times. It won’t save my progress on the last two level unless I beat this one. Those levels are hard too. This level is literally going to kill me! Idk if it’s because I don’t have the cape, but I can only jump on enemies, even if I use the spin jump. I’m losing my mind. I just want to go to the next part of the game.

The save system in this game is a bit weird, and it only allows you to save the game after you beat specific stages - usually castles. It would have been much better if it allowed you to save at any time, and the perfect options would have been "Continue", "Save & Continue" and "Save & Quit".

You will need to feed baby red yoshi a powerup or 5 enemies

You can get Red Yoshi as early as after you have found the secret exit in Donut Plains 1. That secret exit will unlock a path that ends up taking you to Star World, and you can get all the coloured Yoshis there.

@@nonagomez2989 There is a keyhole on a platform right before the goal on Donut Plains 1 - it's easy to find it, since there are green blocks leading up to it, and you can see the outline of those blocks even if you haven't actually unlocked those blocks. If you exit through that keyhole then you will get a few other stages after that where you will have to find other secret exits, and this will eventually take you to Star Road, and that's where you can find all the coloured Yoshis.
