Ok, hear me out. I think I know who Mr. L is. The thing is, he has a robot known as “Brobot” right? And that is a combination of “Bro” (short for brother) and “Robot.” So Mr. L has to have a brother. And who else do we see that has a brother? WARIO. And the green beams could suggest money. And both Wario and Waluigi are very money hungry. And Mr. *L.* The L could mean the L on Waluigi’s hat. Especially because it’s backwards, like Waluigi’s. Lastly, Mr. L is always dressed in black clothing. Waluigi is the only one of the Wario Bros. that has black on his clothes. His overalls. Case solved
