Cell and Frieza's arrogance was their biggest downfall, and neither could get along near the end. Also, Kid Buu was able to quite literally pull himself back together even if he was on a planet if it was destroyed. Plus, Kid Buu, while extremely reckless, had a brutal tenacity and had the ability to use his antenna thing on his head so that he could eat them or absorb them and add their strength to his, which he demonstrated at the end, first Frieza, who was transformed into a powerless piece of candy which ate right away, then Cell, as Buu used a severed pice of his own body (likely one of the pair of legs that were cut off by Frieza's own version of the Destructo Disc (I'm not sure what he calls his version of the technique)) to capture Cell when he's off guard.

loved it, for a second there I thought Kid Buu was gonna lose XD felt like anything could happen just like a real DBZ episode

This might not be hollywood or the best integration but I definitely enjoy this video. Its full length unlike most of the other mashup videos. Has the perfect balance of dialogue and fighting and the best part was the surprise ending. The ending is really creative. Good job dude. =D

You know the sad part is I was kind of surprised to see frieza getting into a rhythm with Cell because if you look while they're all punching at buu they weren't getting in each other's way

Even without the edits its obvious Kid Buu is at another level that even both Cell and Frieza combined cannot defeat him >>;

always wondered, what would happen if buu absorbed frieza and perfect cell.

If Super Perfect Cell and Mecha Frieza went up against Kid Buu together I wonder how well they would actually do. They are both pretty strong, and definitely smarter than Kid Buu. But he's much stronger than them and his chaotic nature might throw a wrench in all their strategies even if they work together in perfect sync. Maybe if Cell absorbed Frieza [or they somehow knew the Fusion Dance] and then hit Buu with a Super Spirit Bomb or some other really strong attack.
