Ingredients:
Puff pastry: 400 g
Parmesan: 150 g
Zucchini: 1
Bacon: 150 g
Preparation:
Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle and cut it in half.
Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
Grate the parmesan.
Place the zucchini on one half of the dough, add bacon on top, and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
Cover with the second half of the dough and cut into strips.
Place the strips on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
