This really hits home just how little they use a spider motif in either Sentai or Kamen Rider, which is surprising (especially for Sentai) when you consider Leopardon and the Emissary from Hell! Actually given how far CGI has come I’m kinda surprised King-Ohger hasn’t announced a crossover movie between the two yet!

@@0047sssss Sad but true. Worse is that we still buy so if anything we are enforcing the nostalgia, and there are plenty of series that they could adapt but won't. I think it's because Hasbro is scared of potential change, and the possibility that maybe a new ranger series that is completely disconnected from the main timeline won't be popular.

To be honest, not sure how I feel about Americans adapting these, not with what they are doing. The only thing they will do is butcher it with bad jokes, making it less serious and more CSI Levels of seriousness. The difference is that Japan is more colourful in terms of presentation, and more open. On the side note, I get it, Americans want to make it different then what they are doing.
