Super Street Fighter II Turbo is a fighting game released for the arcades by Capcom in Japan on February 23, 1994, in North America on February 23 and March 26, 1994 (beta) and in Europe in March 1994 (beta). It is the fifth installment in the Street Fighter II sub-series of Street Fighter games, following Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers. Like its predecessor, it ran on the CP System II hardware.

1:13 for those curious as to why the flag of hong kong is like this, it's because hong kong was a british colony up until 1997, and super street fighter 2 and turbo were released in 1993 and 1994.

Wait...I thought you had to have no losses & do a certain amount of Super Finishes in order to face Akuma, Cammy player lost to Balrog & a Double KO with Vega & she still fights Akuma?

There are a few ways. Get to Bison in less than (15?) minutes without using a continue. Or rack up, I think, 1.2 million points
