Ingredients for chicken sheek kebab :-
Chicken boneless- 500grms
Oil - Required
Onion - 2 medium size
Ginger - 4small size
Garlic - 4 small size
Bread - 1 piece
Green chilli - 2
Corinder leaves - 1 spoon
Mint leaves - 1 spoon
Corinder powder - 2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 2 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli - 2 teaspoon
Chat masala - 2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
