🌴Ingredients
Leg & Thighs 3 pounds chicken
🌼Seasoning
1 Tsp all purpose season
1 Tsp chicken season
1 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp black pepper
1/2 onion
1 Tsp pimento seed
1/2 sweet peppers
1/2 fresh ginger
1/2 carrots
2 stalk scallions
1 Tsp fresh thyme
1/2 Tsp scotch bonnets pepper
1 tomato
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 cup hot water
1 Tbsp ketchup
1/2 Tsp salt
2 Tsp brown sugar/optional
1/2 cut potato
Cook 30 minutes in total on a medium to heat.

I just wanted to let you know that I cooked this meal step-by-step as I watched your video… I am a Nigerian American that has recently started to teach myself how to cook ethnic meals. Didnt entirely get the appearance i wanted, but i got ALL the flavours i needed. And i mean ALL the flavours. I made this last night and hands down, one of the tastiest things I've ever made. The house was surrounded inside and out with the most intensely beautiful smell. Incredibly tasty! Also made your rice and peas dish which was also damn tasty. Only thing I could not find was the pimento seeds so I used a small half teaspoon of all spice and I put in a whole Carolina Reaper chili 🙂
