When swapping parts, make sure that it's not in a cold room. Lower temperatures cause plastics to harden and become more brittle. Better heat them up slightly before doing so.

All I ask is for Super 7 to give us 90 degress on the arms. If they can consistently do this, I am on board, but Optimus made me drop that line and collect a different Transformers line as not having the main hero even be able to bend his arm 90 degrees was a huge miss, and considering their second iteration of him has this makes the decision even more stupid. Unfortunately, Mine broke out of the package at the waist . I was able to rig it back together with some drilling and some wire. It feels cheap but looks great. I am not a Power Rangers fan. Just got this dude to fight my Masters of the Universe figs. lol

Oh wow, that Goldar. I'm kinda in love with him. His face sculpts look REALLY good. I also love how fancy he is; all the little details on his armor are so nice.

Seeing the gold on this goldar and the silver on the upcoming czarface ultimate just makes me think how they f'ed up on the silverhawks

Wow, very cool looking Goldar figure. The wings on really makes it pop for me.

My second head sculpt came with blue teeth and a paint chip on his lip... The wings the right wing snapped right as I placed it inside... I tried to heat up the other wing so its not as stiff and it just falls out now. So derpy... seriously.

I agree with the size. Looks great with the Lightning Collection Rangers.

Now *this* could work on my shelf. Hmm. Looks good and would blend in well with Masterverse, Legions, Thundercats and even The Worst. It’d be an easy get if I didn’t already have a bunch of Spero’s Animal Warriors of the Kingdom coming in that tick a lot of the boxes for me. But yeah, this guy’s looking good.

Reheat parts if they have been in for a while to change again. My Raph is like that. Heads are hard to swap with out heat.

No side by side with zenkaizer or another figuarts ranger is crazy

Now that I have this in hand, I understand why so many people had one of the wings snap. On mine, the disc joint for the wing was insanely tight. I had to be very careful to get it into position and even then I wouldn't risk moving it while it is attached to his back. The peg for the neck is also way too thin and the head socket is way too tight. I can see why people have had that snap on them too. There is also some looseness in the ab joints and legs. Still, over all, I like the look of the figure on the shelf, I just wouldn't play around with him too much, at least I wouldn't move certain parts much.

What do I do if the wing broke off with piece stuck in back? Can anything be done to get it out?

I really wish this gold paint application was available for Metalhead and Sewer Samurai Leo. 😑

Good strategy on waiting to potentially upload a review on the worst figures (the humans) last.

I love that he pairs well with the Lightning Collection monsters and the Super7 zords. I don't intend on fully collecting this line, but I think I'll grab Goldar and any zords.

Though I'm hesitant buying any super7 figures, if they get into some deep cut monsters in the series I might pick them up for my lightning collection

Did you have this guy on preorder, is that how you got him really early? Because I didn't see him available on Big Bad Toys. And seeing this video, I never knew Ultimate Super 7 Goldar was much bigger then Lightening Collection and the Super7 has more details and textures. And he looks pretty shiny. I'm planning on getting Lord Zedd Ultimate Super 7 to see how will he compare to Super7.

The breakage that I've seen is what made me cancel the pre-order I had on him. If he drops in price like most of the recent S7 stuff does, though, I may pick him up. Still looks like a decent figure besides that.

I like the Hasbro version, but this is a superior version in terms of looks. As for scale, he is far too big to pair with the lightning collection (which should be expected), but also too big for the Super7 rangers. Seems they scaled the monsters for the zords.
