So cool to see a Muay Thai coach/ trainer that is totally ok with being thrown around or getting a leg sweep. Most of the ones I met in person and saw on KZfaq said it was disrespectful. Always thought that strange. How can you fully train a technique if you cannot execute the technique fully. Like coach Gae always tells: fight is not easy, fight is no lie! (Train hard or you can die.)

1:10 is an amazing counter to the round kick off the catch. "Oooh Hui hee hee". You can tell Trainer Gae loved it.

Yup..but its going to be difficult when the kick is coming in really fast to really hurt you without the shin pads

@@AR-we6tn I don't think so becasue this seem like proper technique for this exact situation and I also don't think he would use it in training like this if it wasn't effective against real thing. Check it out again, when gae releses leg to kick, in that exact moment he places his leg next to his then twists his torso and hold elbow block with arms free to grab, also depending on angle of kick that torse twist can make contact with his tigh which can slow down kick and make it easier to grab. To me it seems like his priority is blocking then throwing, you can see how it is two step. Not sure how accurate my obeservation is tho :D

การฝึกดี แต่ที่อยากให้เพิ่มคือความเร็วในการเปลี่ยนรูปแบบต่อเนื่องปล่อยอาวุธให้มากขึ้นการตัดสินใจเปลี่ยนรูปแบบที่เร็วขึ้น เหมือนนักมวยมีร่างกายที่ดี และการตัดสินใจที่ดีเพียงในเวลาการเปลี่ยนรูปแบบตามจังหวะทีการมองเห็นจุดช่องว่างเข้าทำปล่อยอาวุธด้วยความชำนาญ การแก้ทางมวย การโชว์ความเหนือที่เกิดจากการฝึก อย่างไรก็ตามความต่อเนื่องนั้นสำคัญ ร่างกายความคิด นักมวยไทยคนไหนที่มีครบเครื่องถือว่าดี แต่ดีที่สุดนั้นยังรอชมอยู่ รอวันคนชมคนที่ฝึกฝนครบเครื่องจริงๆและนำออกมาใช้ให้เป็นบุญตาจริงๆ

Always loved Superbon fight and thought his technique and power has amazing. And after watching this and his 1day training video now I know why-Incredible training regimen! I’ve never seen Kru Gae get countered like when hes holding for Superbon-an you can tell Kru Gae is loving it!
