That's the big difference between muay Thai and kickboxing. Muay Thai has very advanced clinch and takedown techniques. I do muay Thai and find that one of the difficulties. Keep it up Superbon Banchamek. 🙏

if anyone wants to really learn muy thai start with the basics and make sure you dont learn any bad habbits even if you think you are experienced its always good to take a critical eye to your basic movements when kicking and punching.
