@@sparkmeister4706 No, turquoise and black. Opposite on the colourwheel to orange but goes with pink very well. Purely a fluke choice of colour.

The first uk made caravan with a rear door was an ABI Adventurer in the late 1990’s These vans are incredibly light - yes they are about - complete with Hob, shower, on board toilet, hot water, heating, mains, bathroom, with another external door ideal for sandy feet, etc etc. Oh forgot it is a 4 berth

We own a Hobby Beachy since Sept 2022 and we love it! And although you mention there are 2 sizes.. there are actually 3! We have the one just a bit bigger then the one you’re showing.. The 450.

Yay for inductions. - I'll shut up now about them Interesting comments from Nick Lomas about the club. Seams different in the chats though. The deposit system don't seam to be fully accepted. Suppose people will get used to it.

I love that Beachy, I thought it was pink and was quite disappointed it was reflection of the carpet. I could put a compost toilet in the back compartment.

The base camp with no gas heating is useless if you have no hook up.

Not keen on the Beachy. Too basic for me and in this cold country, then not having any heating is a no no. However, if you are used to basic camping then it is a step up!

Love the pod style - we are torn between van or motorhome as we only have a new smaller car and do not want to change that out, we do want to travel but as an older couple needing to determine what that will look like when we retire in a couple of years - these videos are really helping. Can I assume you will be doing a motorhome one too?

some of these designs are awesome but I think the future of caravans is ebike trailer caravans, ones a normal human can stand up inside of and get changed in as well as sleep comfortably... no more coffin shaped 2 foot high ebike campers please lol

Cameron, that was fantastic. If the opportunity ever arose, I would love for you to visit the 'Japan Camping Car Show' (2024 dates are the 2nd to 5tth of February) which is held at Makuhari Messe, Chiba Prefecture which is just on the outskirts of Tokyo. Despite it being named 'Camping Car Show', they do have caravans, including some Japanese creations. I would love to hear what you have to say about what Japan offers and the general leisure market here. I would be more than happy to assist you, but also would not be offended if you organised everything and did everything yourself.

Thanks Andrew, I’ll check that out! I’ve been looking into going to the Düsseldorf show in Germany to cover on my channel, but I didn’t realise that they had shows for caravans out East! Thanks for your kind offer, I’ll bear it in mind 😊
