That metal frame is pretty impressive, throw some dry wall and siding up and your kids have a pretty luxurious outdoor playhouse.

I seen one of this that a guy bought in California, he said its not road legal here and shipping was 10k plus import fees. His costs was closer to 15k after all was said and done. He uses it around his ranch so it was worth it for him. As he can haul out manure from the horse barn easily. And carry several hay stacks at a time. So it does come in handy for small working ranches.

I think it's worth the 2 G's. Good for moving light stuff, transporting goods, and just having fun driving around.

You could recoup your $2k in scrap from the frame it came in. 😂

Perfect for light work and riding around on your property or between properties. Especially if you live in the country. I'd put my fishing equipment in it and drive to the pond or lake. I'd carry feed and supplies in it too. This was cool.

This is my second time watching this video. The first time I didn't watch it to the end. The obsessive chuckling was a bit creepy to me! I would use it for short errands only if it had an enclosed cover/ cap on the truck bed. It's really a cute golf cart!🤣😂🤣

I live in a small town in southern Utah. People in town have had these small trucks for a decade and the town also has a few. It's odd at first to see people doing work in these but it works and saves on gas$. All but 1 are still on the road.

This is a pick up truck. It's a separated cab and bed on top of a frame. For example, the Ford Maverick (CUV) is not a truck. It's a unibody with a raised suspension.

The Plywood sheets, the steel box section frame, the packing plastic, etc, is worth about $ 2-300 alone! And all reusable by a mechanic or do-it- yourselfers. Great vehicle for running around a large property, Rural or Semi-rural. With a 4-wheel trailer, usable at any large location for the Ambulant- challenged person ( an old codger like me, limited to about 50 yards with walking stick!) Great for Rifle Ranges ( 100 to 1000 meters to Targetframes)

This guy is purposely neglecting to inform us that this '$2000' truck actually cost him at least $7000-$8000 depending on what battery he selected. Customs agent charges, freight forwarding charges, shipping charges etc were noit disclosed here like in some other videos on this truck..

The design is so adorable! And it looks like it could be pretty useful to have one of those in a home that’s in a rural area actually. It’s not a substitute for a regular car, but it could be a useful thing to have around as well. 😀✨

That would be handy for a farm and it's cheaper than a side by side unless the shipping is insane. It used to cost about 3500 to get an entire container of manufactured goods from China. An import license per year was only 500 bucks. The costs have gone up exponentially in the last 10 years though.

Okay so here's my plan I'm buying at least three. As I worked at two fire departments when I was younger the first one will be done up as a micro Fire truck , I'll use the metal from the shiping crate to build mini ladders for the sides, add a C.B. ( that a old school radio system that we used to use before Cell phones lol ) with whip antenas put my ol Bunkers in the back add a beer keg H2o tank in back. Drive it in my local parades. Take the 2nd one and pimp it out to the teeth get some custom spoke rims some fuzzy dice for the mirror, some cruched velvet interior in leppard print, get one of my voto friends to do me some bad azz azteca body murels put my loww rider bicycle in back lower it to the pavement . Number three well I'll figure that one out while I wait for theme to arrive. Had a idea to start a car club for these lil trucks and build a curcet where we can get together like real autos do. Call it something cute and see what all people can come up with for dressing them out. Oh I just got the third one I'll build it out as a strech limo very high class but every thing micro it will be the chit!!! can't wait this will bring back this ol 60 some thing ol dudes hay day. Oh just got an idea for a fourth one, I'll build it out into a micro van and pimped out like we did when I was young!!! super stoked to try my6 hand at these. The last Chinese "pickup" I saw, about 7 years ago, was called several names ( Wildfire, for one.) It was powered by a 600cc gas motor located just behind the cab and was a 3 wheeler. Supposedly street legal. Basically a modern Vespa 3 wheel truck but not as cool. Funniest thing I noticed: the speedo went up to like 65 mph but there was a big sticker on the dash that read DO NOT EXCEED 35 MPH!

I think it's a neat little truck for puttering around a farm or large peice of property.

It looks like there were 6 iron pieces from front to rear holding everything together. I believe a 4” grinder cutting those 6 pieces down the middle you may be able to pull 1/2 of frame out of right side and pull 1/2 of left frame out while truck is jacked up would have save lots of time.

The lever on the base of the seat is a switch for low gear which gives you more torque to unbox…did it come with instructions?

Nice, you found a vehicle that I can see what it feels like to be a normal sized human for the first time in my life. Including the military my job always devolved into go do stuff in tight spaces, but I might willingly get into that.

in Texas we call them "stadium trucks" cause we can use them inside football stadiums why didn't you just jack it up and slide the rack out from the back it's takes a few steps to get past the horizontals if you don't cut them but a little easier lol

What did it actually cost to get it to your back yard? I'm guessing closer to $9k with shipping and dealing with customs. But I think it's pretty awesome for what it is... I have a little chinese electric car that is now over 20 years old also powered by lead acid. When the batteries died it was going to be about $800 to replace the lead acid with lead acid or over $20K to convert it to lithium. I think I could repower it with lithium now for a couple of thousand bucks for about a 100 mile range or more. I'd love to have one of those and bump the voltage up to 72v and convert it to lithium, probably about 200Ah to give it some real range.
