►220 grams of raw boiled buckwheat
►50 grams walnuts
►4 tbsp vegetable oil
►1 lime
►200 grams cherry tomatoes
►1 bell pepper
►fresh mix salad

► chopping board

1. Cut the pepper
2. Slice the onion
3. Cut the walnuts
4. Cut the tomatoes in quarters
5. Assemble the salad
