The end high note that Mitch hits, many female professionals that are in the Wicked performances cannot hit that note. Amazing!

@@ResilientBiscuit Ok, let’s explore that theory… how often does Mitch hit _that_ note on tour? Well, given that it’s not currently a song performed by Pentatonix, much less on tour, that’s a big 0. If he was performing it on this tour, it’d be about 13-15 times a month. Now let’s check in with the show “Wicked” on Broadway, and after a quick search of their tickets (I’m not gonna count higher than 13 for this), they do 13 shows in December before the 12th. Idina can certainly hit that note, she just chooses not to, and I assume it’s the same for the other Wicked casts.

I would love to hear Mitch and Scott recreate this today. They are always phenomenal together. Scott loves Wicked, so Mitch agreed to do this for his birthday. ❤️ Mitch sang it in the original key, and even went higher at the end.

Loved this reaction! Please react to Superfruit's Frozen Medley (with Kirstin)! So fun! Three theater nerds! The three of them also did La La Land under the Superfruit KZfaq channel! I would love to see you react to these two! Another thing, please let the video play all the way through until it stops, there are usually some fun bloopers and or extra content at the end! Not always, but a good part of the time! Thank you for this reaction and having your little pup be a part of it!

Mitch said he came up with Superfruit because it sounded super gay, lol. I adore them so much. Not together, they were roommates for a few years, but I can't help shipping them, even now, with Scott engaged to someone else. In the real world I am thrilled about Scott and Mark, but in my secret brain Scomiche lives, lol.

Great reaction their channel Superfruit was a side project they started when they first started touring . They do lots of vlogs from there apartment. No they are not dating just best of friends.

No, they were not and are not dating, just best friends. Their chemistry and their voices together as a duo are unreal. You should definitely check out some of their Superfruit original music from their album they released in 2017 called "Future Friends". Scott has been with his fiancé Mark for the last 5 years! They just got engaged in April and last they said they are planning a June wedding I believe!

Great reaction. Just a heads up, virtually all superfruit videos have outtakes at the end of the video, including this one that you missed 🤗 They have so many great videos and often have other artists featured, RISE is amazing and their Frozen medley is brilliant and fun. Brilliant reaction! Sometimes pure magic happens when these guys are just messing around. One of my favorites from SF is the Empire Medley. They did a medley of songs from the (now defunct) TV series Empire. I didn’t watch the show and didn’t know half the songs but still love it. Also, PTX does a cover of Waving Through a Window from the musical Dear Evan Hansen which will blow your eyebrows off if you want to hear more Broadway stuff.

I can say I love both PTX and Superfruit. I went into your playlists and noted you show 16 PTX videos which pleased me, and so I watched Making Christmas, which is really high in my favorites, and heard you bemoan the lack of other "Nightmare" covers. I don't know any official reason, but my guess would be that they don't want to step on VoicePlay's covers, which I'm pretty sure will blow your mind, especially Oogie Boogie's Song.". They are another a capella group, and, along with Home Free, these three groups are widely considered the absolute crown of modern a capella music. As for Wicked, Voiceplay does a medley that will bring you to tears. Please go check it out. Someone else in the comments mentioned "The Wizard of Ahhhs," which is by Todrick Hall featuring Pentatonix, and is a FABULOUS re-imaging of the 1939 movie plot using modern songs to tell the story, in full movie costume. It's insanely good. As for Superfruit, there isn't a single track on their "Future Friends" album (all originals) that failed to make my favorites. Oh, and happy birthday!

Make sure you watch all the way to the end of the video with Superfruit videos. There are usually outtakes after the superfruit logo outtro

They were roommates back in the PTC early years, but never boyfriends, Scott is currently engaged to his boyfriend Mark, and their wedding is planned for early next year. As far as I know, Mitch is still single and dating.

Love your reactions. So cute. Love seeing your little puppy, too. I just have one suggestion. Always remember that with Superfruit there's usually "out takes" after the "Subscribe" screen, so "wait and see" is always a good bet.

Happy Birthday Jody !!! I'm so glad you guys enjoyed it.. and also thank you for acknowledging Scott's higher register - not too shabby for a baritone !! The more you hear from Superfruit the more you will realize how beautiful Scott's and Mitch's voices go together. I really like that you talked about Scott's high vocals in this. Most reactors only talk about Mitch high notes.
