I don't believe it. Not even partially. Lex even admitted that he would never fall in love. He is just using Nyxly, just like he used everyone else he worked with; the Kaznians, Red Daughter, Leviathan, Eve, Lena. As soon as he helps Nyxly complete the all stone, he will betray her, so that he can have its power all for himself and use it to realize his vision of universal domination.

So William told Kara she could have it all, but just not at the same time. And Kara decided to leave her job (that she loves) at Catco behind to become Supergirl full time. She became Supergirl to beat Nyxly, but she still wants to be a reporter. So my theory is that she will stay 100% Supergirl until Nyxly is beaten, and then she will go back to being Kara Danvers Catco Reporter full time, and stop being Supergirl. This way, she can leave the superhero scene, stay in the present with her family, stay alive, and actually do justice to her job and talent as a reporter. I just wish it was actually Cat Grant who told Kara that, and not William. ^^'

It was a good episode and it was good seeing him preping Kara for the interview and giving her advice to tell Supergirl to say something to the city about the threats to put trust back into the people. Yall need to chill out.

@@w.hendrixx Where did I trash William in this comment? And I just said I would rather have seen Cat giving the advice to Kara, since you know, it's HER advice in the first place. And William is not a bad person or a bad character. He is just a character who takes way too much screentime and importance in the last season, when most people want to have as much time as possible with the main characters we know and love. This advice could have been given by Cat (or even Alex or Lena or J'onn or Nia or anyone). Kara is a pulitzer winner journalist and has been a talented journalist for years, yet she needs a man to learn how to do an interview? Talk about mansplaining in a show supposed to be about powerful women. She is always dumbed down or powered down as Supergirl, and it's annoying. So it's not William's fault, but it starting to get on people's nerves to have him with this role of wise mentor (he did the same with Lena and her magic, with the Superfriends coming out to the public), when J'onn or Brainy or Alex barely have any interesting intrigue since the beginning of the season. Heck, even Kara is not at the center of her own show, and it's the last season!

I have hated the last few episodes so much, I was all set to stop watching again. Then Lex comes back at the end. John Cryer as Lex is the only thing that keeps me watching SuperGirl. Hopefully the next four weeks aren't as bad as the last.

The spin-off should be about Dreamer going back to the 31st Century with Brainy to join the Legion of Superheroes. I want a Legion of Superheroes spin-off.
