I appreciate how "Supergirl" tackles important topics like queerness and racism, shedding light on these issues without compromising the characters' development. Personally, I believe that if someone dislikes the show's political stance solely because they disagree, it often reflects a lack of openness to differing opinions. The show is truly inspiring. In the film industry, there is not enough focus on actual political and ethical issues. Yes, it's a feminist show, and yes, it addresses current problems in our society, but where is the problem? It doesn't matter if someone has a different skin color, sexual orientation, gender, religious affiliation, or body type. As long as you feel comfortable and live a healthy life, it's fucking great, and it shouldn't concern anyone else.
