My theory on why he's in the invasion mode instead of the defender mode is that his intention is actually to destroy as much generators and structures they are powering as possible so that Godzilla 90's won't be able to absorb enough energy, after which he will then eliminate said kaiju. Since he is neutral and isn't allied with the good or bad, he can do whatever he wants to balance nature and eliminate potential threats to the planet. Since Godzilla 90's absorbs G-Energy, Godzilla 2014 had to destroy it's source... G-Energy generators made by humanity. This is Godzilla's world. Humanity, Other Kaijus, and a second-rate dilettante just live in it.

Always tickled me how in the movies, Legendary Godzilla is pretty big looking, a bit chubby. But in this game he's sleek and looks imposing.

I love kiryu because of his unique attack styles and of being pretty powerful, plus he's made with the bones of Godzilla 1954 and well, just about everything about him.

I like the sound of Godzilla 2014 foot stomp, it sounds just like in the movie.

I loved grabbing the first kaiju on the first stage and watching them get picked up like a toy. Ah, good times.

Let's hope the sequel has at least a little more rampaging in it. Serizawa *did* say that Godzilla was a force for maintaining natural balance, and I think it's safe to say mankind has upset that balance quite a bit.

This game is packed with lots of references and Easter eggs. It's a shame that the developers forgot to add decent gameplay and controls.

I call it the alternate ending to the final fight since legendary godzilla stops burning godzilla whoms a walking time bomb...but if he had gone nuclear mode during the fight, the world would probably be eradicated because two walking nuclear bombs killing one another at full power.

I hope they make a sequel where there isn’t any generators and it’s just destruction and fighting, it would be cool to see shin Godzilla’s forms as separate characters and have all the legendary titans (or atleast the important ones) it would be cool if 2019 godzilla need to perform certain actions to become fire godzilla and deal MASSIVE damage to the opponent and buildings, or have Titanus Ghidorah do his storm move that he used once in the movie where he absorbed electricity and shot it all out (this would also deal massive damage) and for Titanus Kong, he has to fight the opponent and then destroy buildings to find his axe (which would add new attacks) and it can absorb Godzilla’s radiation (sadly using the charged axe dulls the damage if used on godzilla since it is his own power) but it can be very effective on other titans if 2 players team up against another Titan
