I like the video 1 st , Sir podhai ki Quality badhane ke liye kya karna chahiye? mujhe ke bakt nind anew lagti hai, exam ki tension bhi atei rahtei hai & podhai ke bakt kuch bhi dimag me atei & mujhe pata nhi asse se meditate keise karte? & Motivational video bhi 3 hours se jyada motivation sustain nhi kar pata.

जो होना होता है ऐसी बहुत सी चीजे, मैं पहले ही देख लेता हूँ, लेकिन मैं कई अपने उम्र के लोगों की बात समझ नहीं पाता हूँ, कभी किसी को दिल से बुरा या अच्छा कह दूँ तो वैसा हो भी जाता है मैं कभी-कभी खुद को पागल समझता हूं लेकिन कभी मुझे ऐसे समाधान भी मिल जाते हैं जो वेदों या ग्रंथो में हैं, लेकिन मैंने आज तक ग्रंथ या वेद नहीं पड़े हैं मुझे बिल्कुल भी बोलने का मन नहीं करता है, शायद बोलना मेरे लिए सबसे भारी काम है बहुत कुछ ऐसी चीजें जानी हैं मैंने अगर किसी को बता दूँ तो लोग pagal कहेंगें, इसलिए बस अनुभव करता हूँ और शांत और आनंद में रहता हूं

Everything is gud in this lecture and thank you so much for this.But it's sad to accept the fact that you mentioned many past gurus and spiritual beings ,and not mentioned about Sadhguru who is transforming millions of lives.He is the present.He is the blessings for all of us. Many channels are publishing wrong information and trimmed video just to downgrade the impact he is creating. Just listen to him once ,these pineal glands and whole body concepts will be clear,If we don't know something, because of our education system and western influence,this doesn't mean that thing doesn't exist..

Meditation gives spritual intelligence i.e. a balance/margin between emotional intelligence and intelligence quotient...means it develops an understanding..in which situations you have to think emotionally and in which situations you have to think logically...at last it gives us the perfect decision making ability...after it there is no probability of decision going wrong....

@@theeye7199 brother I can't understand in which context you see the super intelligence..bt in my opinion spritual intelligence is the ultimate intelligence..bcz it can be achieved only when someone unite his/her spirit to the higher realm energies i.e. yoga...n it can be possible when the eternal energy ascended to the crown chakra...then a communication channel is established between the soul n the universe which was discussed by the great scientist Sir Nikola Tesla..he told that intelligence always generates from the core of the universe...it's my true believe that when the spirit will vibrate with similar frequency in coordination to the universe then any question asked through the soul will be replied by the universe...n also the law of attraction and power of manifestation will work... brother universe has its own medium of communication whether it's through dreams, through numerology or sometimes when passing from some place The one word u listen from some person will give the answer of ur question...so try to put all the sensors on active mode, be present n when someone learnt or have the understanding to decode the messages of universe then u can get the answers of each n every question u've asked from the universe...

You can activate it through two ways 1 by the path of exercise ( by training your body) which is risky. 2. By mind without practicing normal yoga ...which is not risky...by controlling emotion,anger,lobh,irsha,desire etc. Which collects your tremendous energy and flow from lower body to mind ...which is not harmful...but tough in this maya world.
