You say Pelikan the way we Germans do, you’re good. 👍🏻 I’m with you on the sentimental value of pens, gifts are special and I always have at least one from my husband inked as well as my favorite of all times ( heheh maybe there will be a video.. 😜) and pens from my brother, my kids and my dad. I think the M805 is almost perfect. I would steer clear of TWSBI. I have a Vac Mini that is truly the Pen of Theseus - I’ve replaced every part in it multiple times, no exaggeration. I night it in 2016 and every plastic part has been replaced at least twice. I’d bet I’ve dumped double the cost of the pen into shipping for replacement parts. You’ve got great taste in pens!

Hi Jeffrey, what an entertaining video! Funny that you mentioned the Pilot in Amber- that is the exact reason I don’t have one (so far…). I like changing inks and using samples and a Vac filler drives me nuts 😅 Nettuno wasn’t on my radar, yours is really beautiful!

When you said $2200....my jaw dropped, damn!! I will spend that 2200 on a custom urushi maki-e raden Sailor or Leonardo! XD
