This is the most expensive villa in Vietnam. The villa is located on a golden land in the center of Vietnam's capital. This villa has been abandoned for a long time, grass and garbage appear everywhere in this villa. There are many drug addicts who have taken this as a place to rest. The villa is owned by a mafia boss in the golden triangle, the owner has gone to prison and the beautiful birth villa has been abandoned. We came and cleaned the house.

А я бы начала вычищать, начиная с крыши, потом третий этаж, смела в мешок все шприцы, потом сорвала все лианы и спустила на второй этаж, перешла на второй этаж и там собрала весь мусор в мешки и оборвала лианы до первого этажа и только потом уже начала уборку первого этажа и участка вокруг дома...👍👍👍💪💪💪🇷🇺🇷🇺🇷🇺

No way is this a $100 million-dollar villa. It's an old brick building without windows or doors. No plumbing, no running water and no electrical. I'm surprised it doesn't have dirt floors.

Well, 100 Million USD seems a bit extreme for this ruin. Maybe it is worth 100 Million Vietnamese Dong (VND) equaling about 4300 USD - which seems more reasonable for a little piece of land, with trafic-heavy streets all around it, and a half finished ruin made of chap cement and hollow bricks.

Actually if it was vietnam , some of what this channel had done, small and big, schools etc. may have been abandoned during the war in the past. We would see by the amount of mold inside and out. So much need to be done to make these non-toxic. This one on the other hand was abandoned before construction was completed, but very many years have passed or it would not be overtaken by this amount of vine. Brave guy going on top of roof lines, even those with steep angle.
