Жыл бұрынSuperman is Public Domain, and has been for sometime. But its not the current version in the comics or the version from action comics 1. For almost 50 years the Max Fleischer cartoons have been in the public domain because DC forgot to renew the copyright.

isn't the fleishcer cartoons also where the flying was introduced? or was that the radio show? i'm asking because people say that when earth 2 superman become public domain you can only have him leap like in the comics because him flying is not in the public domain yet. if flying was first introduced in this cartoon show then yes you can have him fly.

The fleischer cartoons he could only jump or "leap tall building. As you said flight was introduced in the Radio serials in the forties. Even the Action Comics 1 version which goes PD in 2033 couldn't fly
