Yes!! I’m so happy that they are finally getting to actually become superheroes. Now they just need to do something about poor Jonathan. I’m kinda on the side that he shouldn’t have powers at this point, but he should definitely have a way to pitch in so he doesn’t feel so helpless. His self esteem is practically non existent lately.

Did you noticed that Nat & Jordan teamwork was a similar reference to Dragonballz. That was a similar style as Goku and Gohan. So Natalie was in a same position as Goku. Bizarro Lana was in a same position as Vegeta and Jordan was in a same position as Gohan. That teamwork was like an reenactment of Dragonballz.

I actually heard the writers of the Justice League cartoon explain this after they made season 1. Fans were asking why Superman was such a punching bag and they said that they didnt realize it at the time they were doing it but Superman is different in that he could pretty much end any conflict within a second. So it's hard to create good story archs. They have to humble him for the sake of the story.

Not really happy about that fact, but whatever. I hope Lana doesn't get mad at him because he was only trying to save them

In Dragonballz, Gohan thought he was going to get blasted by his own father Goku but Goku made sure his blast was not meant to harm his son. So in a way, Natalie was in Goku's position. Bizarro Lana was in Vegeta's position and Jordan was in Gohan's position. That team work to beat Bizarro Lana also reference Dragonballz.

Except we are still trying to keep Sarah from knowing who Superman is, according to these last scenes with her and Lana. If that holds, Jordan won't be able to tell Sarah how he got his powers.

@@aliciaborth3016 Something tells me she might find that out too Sarah is pretty smart when she see's how Jordan has the same powers as Superman or why Clarks is always gone for mysterious she'll put it together. Jordan may just end up telling her himself so he won't have to lie about his family anymore to her I'm just worried about Sarah or Lana telling Kyle cause for some reason I can't really see him keeping the Kent family secret.

I believe they are building to it. Like the first session was Jonathan’s rise as a character while session 2 we see the crash and burn. But I feel this is all character development to make what ever is coming for the character seem well timed/ earned. Like the first session Jonathan was the best at everything so giving him powers might have not done much or made him arrogant like his counterpart. however given the characters rise and fall they can now start to build the character up.

That is only if Jordan doesn't follow in the same footsteps as that Tom Welling type of Superman. In Smallville, the alternate timeline shows that Tom Welling was Superman however, in Crisis, somehow, that kind of Tom Welling Superman did not go according to the original timeline and chose to live a normal life. That Tom Welling did have potential for growth but gave up his powers to live a normal life. So Jordan can grow up and become powerful only if Jordan don't give up that power to live a normal life.

How does a half human half Kryptonian get more powerful than the dad who is pure Kryptonian? Doesn't make sense.

The Kryptonians have a similar thing going on too. Dante from Devil May Cry, only half demon but easily as powerful as his father Sparda.

@Will N lol true, my bad 🤦🏻‍♂️. I miss spoke, like I didn't mean he was hiding one from people still, but rather had one still in one of his lockers from before. Like even the team locker room he could have one in his locker as he was expelled and might not have cleared it out. But really he should have ran to search the school for one maybe even his girlfriends locker or the locker room to see if she or someone on the team had one from before. But chances are there would be non to find and I'm not disappoint with the scene as it was great!

Jordan does have some training with Grandpa; Nothing near what he needs to fight super-powered people. In terms of fighting, it seems Clark doesn't really have any training in that capacity.

For the rest not to notice, maybe that sun turning red only effected Smallville but not Metropolis, Central City, and Gotham City. I don't know. Just a theory.

The show runners have their hands tied, crossovers are essentially impossible now as Flash and Superman have different filming schedules, Flash will return later this year (they're trying to get back to pre COVID programming) and Superman will come back next year So the bosses of Superman can't get Barry over, they can get Kara (but that depends on Melissa and she's busy with new projects)
