Search for "Dual Hose Clamps" on Fastenal's website. They are basically elongated P-clamps. They are great for running paired hoses together.

How do you fill it? Do you worry about overfilling the cases? Is that even a thing? Thank you for the breakdown on this thing!

This, my main concern is controlling the fluid level in the cases especially since the 6spd can be filled from the top.

Gearbox contains 2 liters of oil. I'd add 2 liters, turn the pump on for a minute so that it fills the system, then drain the gearbox. Top whatever went out up to 2 liters, fill from the top, done - the whole system contains oil, and it doesn't matter if pumps are running or not, the gearbox will have 2 liters in it.

Where is the upper hose connected to the trans? In the video, you said it connects to the fill plug, but I’m pretty sure the fill is much lower on the trans.

what fans are these ? are they SPAL fans ? they look slightly different SPAL.

These Setrab kits come with integrated fans. Search: Setrab proline fanpack

Super nice video. At witch oil temperature will you have the fans kick in?

Haven't needed the fans yet, ducting works well. We'll see how it works this summer and go from there.

I would love to go over some stuff with you over the phone or in email about the 97 5spd. I am almost done with my 500whp 1.8. I'm having trouble finding information on how to strengthen the transmission to hold the power. I'm open to anything. Thanks

You will need to install a BMW transmission. The Kmiata kit is a good place to start. Good luck with your project.
