Honestly, when the mom said that finding out she's a grandma was the worst day of her life.... that's actually really awful to say... i get how it can be super heavy and difficult to hear that your daughter has made the same misyakes as you, but to say that it was the worst day of her life is.... sad... imagine what Krissy is going to think when she hears that

NO CHILD IS GOING TO COME AND ASK YOU TO TEACH THEM ABOUT USING BIRTH CONTROL UNLESS you create that type of relationship and still it’s unlikely. It’s the parents jobs to go to her and teach her her options.

My Mom give me the talk at around 11 or 12 years old! I think everyone should sit down with their kids at 11 or 12 years old and talk about it... Then at 13 or 14 years old the schools should too and warn them how much babies need their Mom and Dad love!

Yes and also the benefits of abstinence. So many teens think the whole point of abstinence is just because it "looks better if you wait until marriage" or something like that, they don't realize that it's so much more fulfilling and beautiful if they wait and they need to understand that.

All of these episodes seem to have things in common. Too many children, born too close together. There are some mature adults who can make this work, but raising babies is HARD. You need to have time for each one, time and resources. When the dad says: I just don't feel I have enough time for every one of them. Of course you don't! And....no one seems to know how to use the word no and mean it. I had no problems with that - my kids knew their boundaries.
