This subliminal definitely works. I have had many physical changes due to much visualization and intention. However, I find the subtle personality changes to be more profound. I have been much more confident, outspoken, and charismatic. In addition, people have been nicer, show me more respect and are well more attracted to me (socially and romantically). Also, I have seen that I have become more gentle with myself and others; I have been showing my more caring as well as fierce side to others. Ok, so I'm using this, Supernatural Beautiful Women subliminal by Female Vibes, and Beauty Subliminal 3 by . I've been using these 3 subliminals for about a week now, and IT WORKS. I've never been ugly, but I've also NEVER been pretty. My eyes were different sizes, and my nose was always to big. Usually all the guys ignored me and noone really admired me. After using these subliminals, I've become really photogenic (I USED to look HORRIBLE in pictures lol), My nose has gotten smaller, my eyes have become almost completely symmetrical. My face has cleared out, my eyelashes have gotten darker, and longer, and my eyebrows are darker. +cutie nitya there's no side effect. You don't need to really hear the affirmation behind the tone, just visualise. If it helps you can read the affirmations in the description.

Watching and listening will likely give faster results. It's not required though, it has audio affirmations so you can listen only.

+Aina Carlina I think this one is stronger and more stimulating for the subconscious than the previous one, because of this it might be more effective, but I need to give it some time to work for people then I can see what kind of results they're getting if they post them. I received a lot of positive feedback from the first one and I think this one is promising as well.

Supreme.C. A.r.M.y of course you have to know what the affirmations are saying, check them out first. Otherwise they might be saying something you do not want. And also the subconscious agree what you consciousness is telling it. They work best together. But you only need to agree ones. So when listening, relax or do whatever you are doing, reading, cleaning, painting and whatever. And sometime watch the video too, for it even to be stronger. Hope it helps. It’s very effective, just relax about it consciously. 🙂😊🐙

+abugadro Luis Their purpose's are essentially the same. The only difference really is music, visuals and affirmations. And this one is stronger I think (there's more messages being delivered to your brain in a shorter time period than the first one).
