Ghostly Visitations in Inverary's Haunted Jail | Most Haunted | Shiver

Built in 1820 the site was home to both a jail and courthouse serving all of Argyll. Over 6000 men women and children were tried and held in the prison where convict’s shared just eight cells with vagrants and the insane. Now used as a museum, visitors have reported many ghostly incidents in the cells including whispering, clanking chains and dark figures cowering in the shadows. The Most Haunted team have one night to investigate these stories, but who will visit them during the late night vigils.

I’v never been in Gail. I’m 54 years old. Being in jail must be awful. But more often than not you are accused of a crime you committed. Well done Yvette Fielding and your wonderful team. Keep it real....love you all 👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Cath reflects a most unprofessional investigator. It seems her only purpose is to scream to promote fear. If you are a professional team, she should be replaced

Cath was not an investigator really she was the hairdresser for them and was roped into it to make Yvette look better because she was worse. Cath is a really nice person and they pushed her into a situation she didn’t really want it really wasn’t fair how they treated her.

How about you use Cath’s salary to buy everyone a boom mic to carry on there person, then no more screaming ANDDDDD we could hear even one noise they claim to hear?!! “Sh...listen, it’s tapping, thumping, banging, small cries etc” only I have never heard them even when they replay and gasp over and over again ORRR after what, a decade? Maybe buy a slightly better potato with which to film.

When someone asks the spirit to do something or knock on the wall do anything to let them know it's there? And when the spirit does hit something or make a bang , why would this person scream and yell or even runaway, when they told the spirit to do so!!! That's what gets me! It's stupid to run away when you asked them to hit something!!! SMH, ( idiots that how I feel about the person!,!!)

I would enjoy these programmes more if Cathy was not on the team. I don't think she has the constitution for ghost hunting at all. Cathy is terrified even before the lights go out and then screams loudly because her imagination is running wild.

@@planexshifter thanks for not joining in the Cath hate she didn’t want to be part of the team on screen they bullied her into it. She is a lovely woman and reacts the way most people would I know her very well and she still to this day has nightmares about her time on the show.😢😢😢

Who even is Cath, why is she on the show? She obviously hates every second she's in the dark..when she's not screaming, she's crawling under someone else's arm for safety. She screams like a chimpanzee and just takes all the enjoyment out of the show for me. Something moves? SHRIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK. Something knocks? SHRIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK. You miss half of what's happened to spook the other cast members because of her shrieking like a banshee.

I've watched many of these shows, and it didn't take me very long do ask the question, why is cath still there 🤔 admittedly you would not catch me dead in a haunted house, the difference is, Cathy actively chooses to keep going back, I flay out refuse to go

Cath was Yvettes mother’s hairdresser when Yvette met her and asked her to join the team to do the same for her. Initially that was all she did but she was persuaded to appear on camera in the end but the reason they wanted her to do it is more insidious. It was well known that Yvette is easily scared and she received a lot of nasty comments and she didn’t like that. So it was decided that the best way to make her look better was to get someone worse than she was. In effect cath was used to stroke Yvettes ego and she could say at least I’m not as bad as Cath. Quite a lot of the behind the scenes decisions were only made to make Yvette and Karl happy they truly were not nice to work for. I watched what they did to Derek Acorah and David Wells and how they tried to destroy them both when they didn’t tow the line. I can’t say anything more because I’m under non disclosure laws until the end of this year despite the fact I left after season 10.

🙄😑 The voice in the background of the set crew person @16:15 sounds _exactly_ like the "paranormal" voice that was moaning earlier up in the hall. (Also it gets a bit suspicious when on every single investigation there's moaning EVP's...) Shameful hoaxers. 😐👎
