God made me beautiful...but somewhere along the way, people made me feel like I wasn't beautiful and so that's what I ended up believing. I listened to this overnight and when I woke up I looked the same and didn't feel any different. However, I went to the grocery store and saw a very handsome guy on my way into the store. It looked like he was following me (not in a creepy way). He walked in a direction so I had to pass him and he said hello and we started talking then exchanged numbers. The music is so relaxing and it's working.. I get lots of compliments on a daily basis, I'm more patient, more chatty, more positive. I love the fact that this video gives the impression of changing our appearance, when in actual fact ,it is changing the perceptions of ourselves. Which I believe to be of greater importance. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Who decides what's beautiful? We all see things not as they are, but rather as we are. I have listened to this video several times, and what I've noticed is the growth of confidence in myself. I don't look into the mirror and think, "wow', but what I do think, is that I am enough. I feel happy with myself as a whole. Too much is forced upon the value of "beauty", but it's who we are inside that really matters. Love yourself from the inside, out. Perhaps an increase in confidence yes. But tbh, it doesn't concern me what others think about my appearance anymore, as I feel content and comfortable in my own skin ,which feels wonderful. I've spent too much of my life seeking others approval for how I look or behave. Unsure if it's due to this video, or a mixture of this and my age,(I'm 45) but I finally believe I am enough, just the way i am. I no longer rely on others opinions to make me feel good about who I am. I wished I'd felt this happy with myself years ago. Wasted so much time trying to live up to the medias unrealistic expectations of how a person should look. We're all unique and need to embrace that, not attempt to conform to a make believe ideal of whatever perfection is. We are all perfect. Just as we are.💗

So, thanks for this beautiful video/sound 💙 I just want to say I am starting to realize my self- worth. I’ve been having very bad isomnia, and it’s gotten the best of me (my depression) but listening to this audio it has made me realize that I need to be doing something other than trying to give love to other people. This works. I was a little unsure at first. I just listened to it once and next day when I went to the grocery store, everyone (men and women) were looking at me. I have listened to this Subliminal 2 years back, around 4 months. Ever since then, I have been loving myself in a different way. I understood the fact that beauty is kindness. I remember I used this in 2017 along with the attract men fast one and I went for a walk in a shopping/ restaurant area and felt so many people, men and women but especially men, staring. I was also attending a class at University the next day and I noticed two different guys in my class staring. I had also used the golden face ratio and had literally felt my facial bones moving and realigning as I listened. I have been focusing more on the good features I have and questioning why I feel so strongly towards the "bad" ones. I keep coming back to this every night before bed and doing a meditation while playing this because i'm pretty sure meditating makes it stronger. I've been listening to this for couple months, and random people start staring at me, I walk with so much confidence like a goddess. And about last week I went to the Bank and there's an officer lady I know very close, she mentioned that I am changed a lot. I am skinnier, yes I lost 10kgs ( working out + subs ). The music is so beautiful I'm holding back tears lol I know i'm not hormonal cos my period ended last week, so these are happy tears from the soul XD I have a feeling this will change my life ... first I stopped straightening my hair and started on the path of embracing my natural curls, now I'm on my journey to re-connecting to my Divine Feminine within ... Ever since I was a teen, I always loved my hair. I never wanted it to be straight or curly or anything. All I would think is that my hair is beautiful and playful. I am 30 now and my hair is so abundant and sexy that I have received more than 800 compliments on it over the years. Men and women tell me they love my hair. Ok this works...im listening 2 mths steady....in the begining and still is happening people watch me bedazzled My eyes are brighter i am brighter ....lots of people following me ...cant pin point wat it is...told me its my aura...but other than this i observe my thoughts changed to ...like if i think something is ugly...or i feel grossed out by something...i think ' the person who insults is ugly..my thoughts are beautiful'...in other words it makes u see the beauty in other things..its a major change to see only beauty in the world....cant tell u how much people told me i was beautiful..the list is long...since listening to this

After 2 years of waiting for a man to start a relationship with me, I lost all my confidence and energy.
