Misha's choices for Castiel were brilliant. He just really comes off as an angel in a human body. It is the way I imagine an angel would act, and the personality he chose for Castiel, sometimes serious, unintentionally adorable, and then soon becoming close to a human being by the end, is beautifully done! Misha Collins is underrated. All of them are honestly.

I swear! For me he is definitely one of the best actors of the show. He did the job so well that I wouldn't even picture anybody else for the role. I was dying laughing when Jensen said "What is he doing? Has he even acted before?" because I couldn't believe he was actually saying from that absolutely BADASS introduction Misha pulled off so well! And his ability to morph into each of the required characters is just mindblowing: picture Casifer or the Empty. Damn, Misha!

In a way, it feels like Cas was there always. In another way, Castiel was never there for any of the filler episodes or funny ones. Cas is a symbol that something serious and heavenly is gonna go down.

@@aldendomino3523 Firstly, Jensen is not homophobic. Search it up. Second, he was in the same room with Misha and also, Misha said that they wouldn't have done the scene if Jensen had said "no", which he didn't. So he was also one of the reasons that confession was possible. Be grateful

His script said "Dean can't reciprocate", besides Dean is a very complex character, you probably don't have enough brain cells to understand someone like Dean. Besides if your best friend told you they're gonna die because they love you, would you go snog em, or just try to process everything that happened atm and go into a state of shock? Let me make this clear, the spn writers literally give us everything we want. We wanted Chuck to be God, we had it, we wanted Charlie, Bobby back, we had them back. So Cas is a major fan favorite and to make an impact on the fans he had to die a painful and tragic death, but the writers made us a literal favor and made Destiel canon, can we be a little grateful? EDIT: Fuck the writers (not Bobo tho, he's king)

In the Supernatural wiki forum website it says he was killed by God, but I don't rememeber that at all unless it was just put in to look like Supernatural had it covered when in actual fact they forgot all about the character lol other than that this will be one of the best shows of it's generation by far, and so sad to see it end. But my saying goes bad endings have a goodbye, a final goodbye and forgotten forever whereas Supernatural coming to an end is a goodbye but will never be forgotten, Sam and Dean saving people hunting things will always be in our hearts and that is what keeps the characters and the show alive and sure it is ending but it really isn't the end it's just a goodbye and I'll see you again type thing which is what I love. Carry On my Supernatural fandom we will see each other always and forever

feel sorry for jack man, barely 3 years old, made to feel like he is evil, had his throat cut by his father and ended up dying, came back to life and then lost his soul, smited by his grandfather, his dead body was possessed by a demon, got his soul back, turned himself into a bomb and blew himself up and now things die when he tries to touch them i'll be pissed if he doesnt survive this finale lol

I love the cast so much. They will never know how many lives have been affected by this wonderful show. Everyone is loved and welcome! That’s something you hardly find a show that welcomes its fans so openly. All of the actors are so loving and kind. They always let us know we are never alone and we’re always strong enough to keep fighting. Even Alex has had such a great impact on this family❤️❤️

I took advantage of the fact that Supernatural has been on for so long that I never thought it would end and now that it's ending I feel like I've lost a family. I know it sound dramatic but I've been watching since episode one. I was 10yrs old when I started watching. I am now 25 and it seems surreal.

Such a huge part of my childhood/early teen years into becoming a young man. Will always be my favorite show. I was experiencing a really hard loss in the immediate family that came out of nowhere and Supernatural on Netflix was the best escape. Really allowed me to de-stress and just dive into the SPN universe. I'll always be grateful for the show and everyone that worked so hard to bring it to life.

I think he was referring to the first seasons with episodes like the wendigo or the bloody mary ones but yeah I agree the tone of the show has sort of shifted away from dark and serious in my opinion but I think its still okay

I think he was just talking about how the show was originally pitched? Because like the other commenter said, the first few seasons were definitely darker than recent ones,and originally there wasnt really a mythological arc as much it was quite literally just going around and killing monsters

Like so many, this show has taken me on a journey. I still remember vividly the first episode I ever saw. Crossroad blues from season 2. My older brother stumbled across it and instantly we were hooked. I was going on 13 at the time. I went through a small bout of depression after turning 13 and for Christmas that year my brother bought me season 1. He and I camped out in his room for the next 12 hours watching it and I was so happy. My mom even thanked my brother because she felt like she was finally seeing the old me again. I made every single friend watch the show and they to all became hooked. My first season DVD set is in ruff shape because of how many sleep overs that thing went on with me. Lol now I'm 27 and so much has changed! Except my love for this show! I can't thank Jared,Jensen and everyone involved for bringing us this amazing show for the past 15 years! You and the show will be greatly missed!

I’m really enjoying all of these little segments that TV Guide is doing to mark the end of Supernatural. I have watched it casually over the years but am getting sucked into this last season. Admittedly Supernatural is well on its way to be my winter concession/treat to dealing with COVID - and I am loving that it will not be a paltry two-season flash-in-the-pan.

♥♥♥ They are hilarious, they get along great with each other and for me they are the best cast. I grew up with them and they really feel like family. Who knows what the future holds, but I really really hope to see them again sometime, in a series or a movie, but all of them together.

everyone knows castiel becomes one of the favorite characters of the show, he meant that first day. Maybe let the actors them share curiosities with the fans without being petty
