I listened and sobbed uncontrollably. I'm recovering from a stroke. I was estranged from my parents for 13 yrs. We began to heal our relationship after I had the stroke. I didn't think this relationship could be healed in this lifetime. I'm 64. ❤️😭

Noticed it for the second time (yesterday and today). I was in a bad state - everything sucks, hopelessness and powerlessness. Then just began to say thank you for what is already here and BOOM, everything changed immediately It seems gratitude switches your mind from "Everything sucks" (even if everything is great already) to "Everything is cool" (even with all the problems). You can directly see how the work of negative programs stops. A similar but much weaker effect was observed from the use of Being here and now in Eckart Tolle interpretation at the end of 2018.
