This is the original Norwegian clinker styled boat, very similar to the fishing row boats. It's not a speed boat but an experiment in what is possible.

That's a hilarious set up. I like it. Perhaps not the best for fuel consumption or wake but... why not... lol.

Judging by the bow wake, it looks like you've modified a displacement hull to a semi-displacement. Odd.

Yeah there is. Max 5 knots if less than 150m from the shore, unless the local municipality has made special rules.
