Thank you for not over using medium plus like everyone else

I feel like a good barometer for how much of a true master someone is in this profession is by their reaction when they get it wrong. In my eyes, the true masters are always deeply excited to be surprised by something and learn something new/refine their skills, whereas the amateurs make excuses. This series is great!

James is an amazing and talented sommelier... highly recommend him to help broaden the horizons and expand the palette. Always a pleasure!!
