I found some old DVDs and remembered that Noel mentioned he was on Heartbeat in an interview. Sure enough, I had one of the episodes. Titled "Dirty Len" - Noel actually played a vet. This is the last scene of the episode, when they solved the mystery about how animals were being poisoned.
