Paper was out of syllabus .....computer level high ......some questions were from syllabus (Prescribed topic ) ....jkssb has kept in mind the Upsc pattern while framing the paper ......doubtful and time comsuming pattern ... Why there is sudden change in the pattern of the paper ........Computer only 2 topics they have touched ...what is the purpose of that vast syllabus which they have prescribed ......i hv heard that in some centres invagilators have helped some students ...

A colleague of mine appeared for today's paper of the supervisor exam, centre SAM Degree College Budgam. She noticed that the seal on her paper was already broken. When she raised this issue with the on-duty invigilators, they simply told her to remain silent. I want to ask if this is a legitimate concern and if there is a possibility of a scam involved.
